We Answer Frequently Asked Questions About Our Vinyl Fencing and Order Process

Where is Your Product Extruded?

All of our PVC profiles are extruded in Canada and then shipped to Florida straight from our manufacturer. All resin used is formulated to withstand severe wind load ratings and impact ratings.
Is Your Product Approved for Use in South Florida?

All of our fencing sections and gates are engineered for use in the South Florida market and all fencing sections and gates have corresponding engineering documents proving as such.
How Do I Obtain Engineering Drawings?

Do You Sell Other Fence Styles or Colors?

We currently have no plans to sell other styles or colors aside from the standard white privacy fencing that makes up roughly 95% of all South Florida vinyl fencing projects.
Can You Refer Us to a Fence Contractor?

We may be able to refer you to an appropriate contractor for your project. Please contact us to learn more about this.
Do You Deliver?

We do not directly deliver. Deliveries are made through a third-party service that works directly with you to coordinate the pick-up and drop-off of your materials.
Do You Ship to the Islands?

We will package your order and refer you to a third-party delivery service that will pick up your materials from us and then ship them to your local freight forwarder.
Do You Sell to Homeowners?

We are currently open to all customers regardless of whether or not they are licensed trade professionals.
Can You Measure My Property?

We do not currently offer a service that will come to your property and measure the fencing areas. We can assist you with information on how to properly measure your property yourself, or we can obtain measurements directly from your survey.
How Do I Obtain a Permit?
To obtain a permit for your vinyl fence project, you'll need a few documents:
- (2) copies of your survey
- (2) copies of product engineering documents
- County-wide permit application
- Notice of commencement
- Municipality-specific documents (easement agreements, affidavits, etc.)

Do You Install Vinyl Fences?

We do not nor will we ever install fences. You must install our products yourselves or hire a local fencing contractor. Contact us to inquire about our referral program.
